In case all my rantings about health the past few weeks hasn’t convinced you yet, Vegetarian Times released a long list of reasons to make the switch to a vegetarian diet. This list of reasons includes those such as:
- To ward of disease
- Keep your weight down
- Longer life
- More energy
- Less chance of being exposed to toxic chemicals
- Save money
In case those reasons aren’t enough, there are several more reasons to eat vegetarian. Along with this list of reasons, Vegetarian Times also includes information on how all of these reasons are valid.
I found it extremely interesting and I’m looking forward to sharing it with some of my friends who are on the fence but haven’t quite made it over yet!
