Healing Foods

While I was browsing Vegetarian Times, I found another wonderful resource! I’ve shared the reasons to become a vegetarian, detox foods, and several other stories from Vegetarian Times with you but I found one that is even more interesting and helpful than the others!

There is not question that some foods harm your body while others heal your body. Luckily for us, Vegetarian Times takes some of the guesswork out of it! They released a list of healing foods that include:

  • Acai
  • Almonds
  • Avocados
  • Blueberries
  • Cabbage
  • Coffee
  • Cranberries
  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • Soy
  • Walnuts

The list goes on and on. Included in the list is also what these healing foods help heal. Whether they help fight gum disease or help digestion, it’s all there!
